What we collect

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter (weight, age, goal, etc.) are never sent to our servers. They stay on your device only for the duration of your session.

Analytics and ads

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which features are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect data such as your IP address, browser, and pages visited. We use Google AdSense to display ads, which may use cookies for personalization. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.

Cookies

We use a single localStorage entry to remember your language preference. We also load Google Analytics and AdSense, which set cookies as described above.

Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)

If you live in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we do not store any personal data on our servers, the simplest way to clear all locally stored data is to use your browser settings to clear cookies and site data for this site.
